Matzah (or more formally Matzo) Crack, is a homemade treat my mother would make for the family. Rest assured, all ingredients are legal. Over the years, I would share Matzah Crack with my friends and the response was always the same… ”Ahhh, that’s delicious, what is this?!” I knew I had to share this with the world.
